Atomic Energy Central School, Pazhayakayal is one of the units of Atomic Energy Education Society (AEES), Mumbai,
an autonomous body of Department of Atomic Energy, Govt. of India. The school started functioning on 6th April 2017
from pre-prep to class 3 with a student strength of 75 and 4 teachers. The new school building which is situated
in the heart of Zirconium Township, Pazhayakayalwas inaugurated by Dr. Dinesh Srivastava, Chairman and
Chief executive of Nuclear Fuel Complex on 30th November 2020. The school is still developing and making phenomenal
progress since its inception. At present we have classes from pre-prep to class 8 with 242 students and 14 teachers.
We are striving to bring about significant results in academic as well as non-academic fields. Several activities and
competitions are conducted regularly to motivate and bring about overall development in the students.
